Download an old version working version of Paint.net (ver 3.5.10)

Paint.net asked me to upgrade to a new version which I did (version 4. something), but then it stopped working (on 64 bit Windows 7).

After wasting time on the internet I found an older version 3.5.10 which I'm providing below for anyone who can't find it (and for my later use).
