Sue Volpe We dealt with Shane Guymer a few years ago. We signed a contract with one builder, yet it was his company that was building the home which was somewhere in the small print. Would have to be the dodgiest person I have come across. He has worked under a number if business names. Im sure next week he will set up another company and keep going ripping off innocent families.
