This is how my blog feed works, after I stopped using Jetpack.

1 ) email subscribers

Through Feedburner

2 ) facebook and pages

Through Networked blogs

3) twitter

Through Hootsuite [this is how to do it]

4) Linkedin

Through dlvr.it

+ Linkedin Freedom and Capitalism group.

5) Tumblr

Through dlvr.it

6) Google Plus

Jetpack was free, but have removed jetpack. No other free service available.
