Lycamobile – the most third rate customer service in the world

I’ve had really bad service from Optus and Telstra.

TPG service is really good.

But Lycamobile takes the world’s first prize for the worst possible service.

YOU CAN’T UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ONLINE. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM, AND THEY TAKE HALF AN HOUR THEN, THE LINE GETS DISCONNECTED!!!!

I’ve never known any other case where you have to wait for hours to update your details to PAY THE COMPANY!

IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

 

Finally got hold of the person. He said they can’t update the details on the phone. I have to pay extra (by topping up) and that card will then get updated automatically in my account.

Also I have to write to cs@lycamobile.com.au to ask them to remove the other cards.
